We all know that there are no rules with blogging but sometimes it's really hard to stay organised and a few little tips to help might just be the solution!
Write It All Down
I find that very often I have so many ideas flying around in my head that I forget every single one of them. The answer to this is to write them all down. No matter what time of day it is or how basic or complicated the idea is, write it down. Personally I like to use the notes section in my phone. The more you open your mind to new ideas, the easier it is to think of a new post idea.
Plan
Blogging can be a very time consuming job or hobby. I often find myself sat at a friends house stressing about needing to go home because I haven't blogged for the day. Try planning ahead and give yourself more time to gather together different ideas. Personally I like to write out drafts of blog posts on word as soon as I have the idea, that way I have plenty of blog posts lined up so if I find that I don't have the time to sit and write a new post or edit one that I've started, I'll just post one of the drafts that I've written previously. I find that this relieves so much stress!
Lists. Lists. Lists
I am awful for making lists, I have them here, there and everywhere but I find it so much easier to have things listed down in front of me. If you work on your blog in the evenings, then set yourself a list of things to do prior to that evening and make sure everything done before you sit down to blog. This will relieve a lot of stress as you don't have to worry that you've forgotten something an you can really focus on blogging.
Set Reminders And Alarms
When focusing on all of these different things, it's so easy to forget to do things so I like to set reminders on my phone. If I want to do something at a certain time, I set an alarm on my phone for that time so that I remember to do it.
Schedule
When working on your blog part-time, learning how to schedule is really handy. If you're not able to publish a post when you're elsewhere, most platforms allow you to schedule the posts.
