Get Up And Move
Go for a walk, dance to some music or do some jumping jacks. Do something to engage those feel-good endorphins that will help lower your stress levels.
Make A List
When feeling overwhelmed, sit and write down all of the things that you want to accomplish for the day. That way you're able to prioritise, delegate and reschedule tasks to make things more manageable. By doing this, you may be able to cut your workload in half. On the other hand, you may remember other things that you have to do and end up adding more things to your list but either way, you'll feel more in control.

Breathe
Sometimes your initial reaction to a situation will be to scream and shout but that'll only make you feel worse afterwards. Take a few deep breaths and count to 10. You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll feel your blood pressure go down.
