Crunches will define your abdominal muscles and planks will flatten them. Alternate between regular crunches, oblique work, and planks to keep your stomach toned and flat.

Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will keep you from being bloated. Fluids help expel waste from your body so staying hydrated is key to stop bloating. White bread, sugary cereals and any other foods that have bleached flour are things to stay away from when you’re trying to slim down. Skip the white rice and tick to whole grain foods and brown rice.
